Any problems with the item(s) you receive must be reported to us within 30 days of transaction receipt.
Replacement (Change of Mind)
If you've had a change of mind about the item(s) you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging within the 30 day period.

Each life-like perfumed Luxury Round Rose Bud Bouquet has been skilfully hand crafted and set in gel giving it the appearance of water. Each petal has a special natural coating to give them a true to life touch & appearance. Thirteen rose buds have been arranged in a luxury faceted vase.
All our arrangements are made by hand every step of the way. The special gel formula is hand poured, and each flower stem is cut to size and arranged by one of our passionate floral designers. Each is then perfumed by hand, individually checked & finally hand boxed.

Enclosed with your natural touch rose bud bouquet is two 10ml bottles of scented perfume, which you can spray directly onto the roses to refresh & enhance the scent.

Usage & Ingredients
Care Instructions:
We recommend spraying the petals with water on a regular basis to minimize the petals from drying out.
To clean the petals, you can also rinse your floral arrangements upside down under a water tap and gently remove the dust off the petals with your fingers.
Pat dry with a towel and it will help keep your arrangements fresher for longer.
